How does the process work?

1. Fill out form


Our first connection will be when you fill out my contact form. Share all your details with me, tell me everything! I will get back to you within 45 hours to set up a wedding consultation.

2. Sign Contract


After our wedding consultation, I will send you a customized wedding proposal with your wedding contract and retainer fee. This custom wedding proposal is good for two weeks giving you both time to ask questions, make a decision, sign the contract and pay your retainer fee.

3. The Big Day


It's your wedding day and time for you both to enjoy, relax and celebrate your love together! The timeline is thoroughly planned and coordinated. I will be joyfully capturing the day with my natural calm and collected demeanor. You can rest assured that you are in capable hands with my trusted team.

4. Photos & Prints


You can expect to receive a highlight gallery within 72 hours of your wedding day. Not too early but not too far off so that you can relive your wedding day together. You will receive your complete wedding gallery 6-8 wedding after your wedding day. Your images will be delivered to a personal password protected gallery where you can download and share with family and friends. If you order prints, albums and custom drawings we will start working on that collection together.

FAQ

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

During busy season you can expect 6-8 weeks in total to receive your full wedding gallery. I strive to be thorough and detailed with every photo in your gallery.

Do you Travel?

I would LOVE to travel for your wedding! I'm local to central Michigan but am up for an adventure to travel to you wherever you are. Inquire for more information!

What are the benefits of a second photographer?

There are benefits in every way! Think about all the different angles that can be captured for each moment. An assistant photographer will give you variety in your gallery. There may be an actual need for an assistant photographer depending upon the timeline and series of events happening on your wedding day. We can discuss and decide this together.

How do I get the photos?

I upload your edited photos on a website called pixieset. You download your photos gallery onto your computer and external hard drive. You can share the link with an unlimited amount of people! Then you can purchase the photos/albums/canvases/etc. through y store or take them elsewhere.

How long have you been taking photos?

I have been taking photos since 2013! I went to college at CMU for art education and practiced as an art teacher for 11 years. I taught photography to my students and captured their senior sessions and eventually their weddings! I left the classroom in 2023 and have been pursuing photography as a full-time career! Educating others has taught me so much about photography and working with people. I absolutely love it!

I am really awkward in front of the camera, can you help with this?

Oh absolutely! And I'm raising my hand to this dilemma and fear myself! My whole portfolio is built upon people who have that exact fear. You will not look awkward, and I will help you every step of the way. I'll give fun prompts that will guarantee classic photos along with candid moments you will love!
